Delivery

We offer door-to-door delivery via courier across South Africa which takes approximately 3-5 working days due to stock delays. We have made sure to supply the best possible delivery available with our trusted courier partners.

Standard courier fee is R150 we offer free delivery on orders over R1200.

Once your order has been collected by the courier you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you would like to follow up with your order or are having any issues please contact smithorsemanship@gmail.com 

 

Refunds:

You have 14 days to return certain eligible products other than any of the saddles from the date you received it. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

If you are returning the item for a refund and 14 days have passed since you placed your order, you will be required to pay the return courier fee of R99.00 which will be deducted from your refunded amount.

Once the courier has collected your return, we'll ask for you to send us your banking details so that we can process the refund via EFT.
